How can I get an invitation to your event?
All our events are invitation-only. If you haven’t received an invitation, you may apply for it here.
How can I register to an event?
You can register via a link in an e-mail invitation or by entering your personal invitation code in the box marked with a star in our web site: www.managementevents.co.uk. You can also register by e-mail or by phone to the person named in the invitation. Please mention the invitation when registering.
I’ve lost my invitation code, what should I do?
Please contact info.uk@managementevents.com or phone us on 020 300 8637 and let us know which event you have received an invitation to.
What if I have to cancel my participation?
You can check the cancellation terms of the event on the invitation or online at: www.managementevents.co.uk. In the case of a cancellation, we hope you can advise if a colleague of yours in the same position can replace you. For cancellations made after the final cancellation date and in no-show cases with no cancellation, we will charge a fee for the arrangements. In addition, invitations for the event will not be sent to those automatically next year.
How can I get the event’s research report?
The results of the event’s industry and target group research will be published at the event. The report will also be handed out to all participants in the event when they arrive. The research cannot be bought and it will not be sent afterwards to the invited guests who have cancelled their participation.
What are the partner meetings?
Short (15 minutes) partner meetings are a part of the event’s program. During the meetings you can exchange thoughts with the representatives of the event’s partners. You may choose the meeting times and the companies whose representatives you wish to meet yourself. Booking the meetings is easy with our Meeting Manager service. We will send you a link to the service before the event.
What is the Meeting Manager service?
Meeting Manager is an easy to use online service to book meetings with partners of the event. You may choose meeting times and which company representatives you wish to meet yourself. The short (15 minutes) meetings are held at the venue during the event. We will send you a link to the service before the event. Where can I find the event’s presentation materials?
The event’s presentation materials are published on our web pages. We will send a link to the materials page to all participants after the event.
How can I change my contact details?
You can change your contact details by sending an e-mail to info.uk@managementevents.com. Please include your old contact details in the message and let us know what kind of post you have received to your old address.
